The ACMA releases the data from our survey on how the catalog/online/DM industry has coped with the COVID-19 crisis; namely, how merchants got through the first full month of the lockdown, how they are adapting to it internally, and what their long-term plans are.
The results show how hard our industry has been hit by the pandemic. But there have been exceptions in merchandise categories like gardening and home-related goods, which have enjoyed noteworthy bumps in demand. Click here to view the full report.
