As the ACMA reported to members last summer, the Postal Service plans to sunset its Centralized Account Payment System (CAPS) on April 1st. To prepare you to transition to the CAPS replacement system called Enterprise Payment System (EPS), we have partnered with one of our supplier members, Intelisent, to bring you a webinar, “CAPS to EPS Migration: Why Proper Preparation is So Vital,” on Thursday, February 7th, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time.

The free webinar is open to both ACMA members and non-members, and whether you will be involved in the transition to EPS, are a service provider to CAPS account holders, or simply want to stay informed about this significant program change, we urge you to join us and Intelisent for this timely webinar. The webinar will be led by Intelisent’s Managing Director, WebTrack Division, Todd Black, who is also ACMA’s Postal Committee Chair and an expert on all USPS programs, operations, and technology. Within postage payment, Todd has both seen it all and done it all, which is why we are thrilled to share this knowledge with you in this webinar.

Here are some takeaways from the webinar:

  • As its title implies, the webinar will focus on the importance of “pre-migration preparation” before any action is taken toward the EPS
  • Todd will walk you through the process his firm uses for CAPS migration
  • He will provide Intelisent’s proprietary migration tools for you to try out yourself
