Member Exclusive: Connecticut EPR Hearing Set for Feb. 27th; Outcome Would Impact Catalogs Mailed into CT

Dear Member: House Bill 6664 was introduced in Connecticut in January to establish an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging and printed paper program.
