Dear Member: House Bill 6664 was introduced in Connecticut in January to establish an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging and printed paper program. A hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 27 at 10am before the Constitution State’s Joint Committee on Environment in Hartford.
